REACH i.e. Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals. As per this regulation, anything being imported into European Country should meet the requirements of this Regulation No. EC-1907/2006. For this the Pre Registration needs to be carried out from 1st June 2008 to 30th Nov 2008. In case yourself or your end-users are exporting the following materials, this Directive may be applicable to you.
- Dyes & Pigments
- Chemicals
- Textiles & Leather Products
- Automobiles & Spares
- Rubber
- Plastics
- Articles made of these substances

To ensure that the necessary Regulation is implemented, Shiva Analytical has started a REACH compliance Division to help the industry in the following ways:
- Process of Pre Registration
- Making an Inventory of the various chemicals/ substances used in the various bill of materials
- Providing the relevant chemical data like CAS No
- Studying the Toxic Properties and Labeling the materials accordingly
- Designing of Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) and Chemical Safety Report (CSR)
